SHIPPING

Sanderlak offers complimentary ground shipping on all US orders.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Clients will receive tracking details via email within 24-48 hours of an order being processed. 

Sanderlak does not currently ship internationally. To receive updates on international shipping, please join our mailing list.

 

RETURNS

Sanderlak gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the order delivery date, provided goods are in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. For domestic returns, please get in touch with inquiry@sanderlak.com for a pre-paid return shipping label.

Returns may be accepted at the sole discretion of Sanderlak.com. Sanderlak reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct a cleaning fee, if required. Sanderlak may return to the customer any items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise affected and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. 

There are no direct exchanges: to initiate an exchange, please return your original purchase and place a new order on ssanderlak.com.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, returns may take up to 15 business days for processing. Once approved, a refund will be applied to the customer's original form of payment. If you have any questions, please get in touch with inquiry@sanderlak.com.
