Where are your stores located?

At present, Sanderlak is available exclusively online. Beginning December 2025, our collections will be offered through select retail partners, including SSENSE, Net-a-Porter, Moda Operandi, Bergdorf Goodman, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Where can I find size and fit details?

Where are Sanderlak products made?

Every Sanderlak garment is crafted in Europe or the United States. We are committed to transparency, quality, precision, and responsible production; the provenance of each piece is noted under the ‘Details’ tab on its respective product page.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement and dispatched according to the selected shipping method. Kindly note that processing times are distinct from transit times, and while we strive for efficiency, we unfortunately cannot promise same-day processing.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our brand headquarters in New York City, NY.

Why am I receiving multiple deliveries for the same order?

While we strive to consolidate all items from your order into a single shipment, certain circumstances may require separate fulfillment. In such instances, you will receive individual tracking information as each package is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch of your order. Should your items be shipped separately, you may receive multiple notifications that correspond to each shipment.

Can I ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?

We are unable to ship to P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses.

How do I return a gift?

To initiate a return for a gift, kindly contact us at inquiry@sanderlak.com, and please provide the original order number. We will gladly issue a store credit corresponding to the original purchase amount.

Orders

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

To safeguard the cardholder’s security, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

What if an item is sold out?

We are happy to keep your details should there be a restock of a sold out style; please contact us at inquiry@sanderlak.com.

Payment

When will my payment be processed?

Payment is taken at the time an order is placed.

What payment types are accepted?

No, we are unable to offer gift cards at the present time.
