Collection II: After Dark

Collection II is Sanderlak’s final chapter in Los Angeles, in which the city’s sunlit daytime brilliance shifts into its darker nighttime hours. When the sun sets, it takes on a different character as neon lights flicker on, shadows lengthen, and colors sharpen under artificial light. Everything is more exposed, more intense. 

Built from small, unplanned moments, the collection showcases a palette that feels simultaneously alluring and uneasy. Shining surfaces, cracked textures, and worn materials carry the marks of time, holding both glamour and decay in the same frame to reveal a tension that reflects the city itself.
